ALAN SHANKS

Alan joined the firm in 2002 from the Corporate Finance department of an international accountancy practice and has previous experience working for the Investment arm of Scottish Enterprise and Clydesdale Bank.

Alan leads the Corporate Finance and Advisory Services group providing advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, finance raising and other aspects of corporate finance.
